GLANISTER BERNARD J., age 54 of Las Vegas, NV and Lake Orion, MI. February 21, 2013. Beloved husband of Linda (Nee Zaleski). Loving father of Nathan James, Sarah Marie, and Amy Lynne. Dear son of Filomena (Nee Lopez) and the late Bernard. Brother of Donna (Roy) Collins, Kenneth, Ellen (Glen) Carlson, Eugene Michael (Francis), and Bonnie (Charles) Miller. Son-in-law of Chester and Joann Zaleski. Will be missed by many loving sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Bernie was born in Tupper Lake, NY, and raised in the sun of Bermuda. He graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and relaxed golfing, riding his Harley, fishing and spending time with his family. He was Charter Pro Life Director and Past Grand Knight of Holy Spirit Knights of Columbus Council #14784. During his career, Bernie worked with Argonaut Division of GM, Morrison Knudsen Corp./Washington Group International, Haden Management, Turnbury Ltd, Fontainebleau Resorts, and finally as V.P. of Procurement for Gallagher-Kaiser Corp. Funeral Mass Saturday, March 2, 2013 12:30 p.m. with a noon in-state at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church, 2700 Waldon Rd., Lake Orion. The family will receive friends Thursday 3 9 p.m. and Friday 1 9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. Rosary at Modetz Funeral Home, 100 E. Silverbell Rd., Orion. Interment Guardian Angel Cemetery, Rochester, MI.
