OWENS CAPTAIN PATRICK F. Age 85, of Marysville, died Tuesday, November 12, 2013. Captain Owens sailed the Lakes for Interlake Steamship Company and Ford Motor Company. He is survived by four children, Dennis Owens of Dearborn Heights, Kelley (Carl) Goertz of Rensselear, New York, Scott (Lisa) Owens of Taylor and Timothy (Athena) Owens of Redford; five grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; a brother, James (Marge) Owens of Cottrellville Township; and two sisters, Molly Bachler and Margaret Gilbert, both of Sun City West, Arizona. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. Thursday in Pollock-Randall Funeral Home, 912 Lapeer Avenue, Port Huron. The Funeral Mass will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 15, 2013 in St. Christopher Catholic Church, 1000 Michigan Avenue, Marysville. Memorials may be made to The Salvation Army.
